Kia K8 has a stylish and elegant design. The front of the car is equipped with a large radiator grille with chrome inserts and narrow headlights with daytime running lights. Car headlights can be either halogen or LED. In the basic configuration, the Kia K8 is equipped with halogen headlights, and in more expensive trim levels - LED.

The “Eight” is longer than the previous version in millimeters: 5015 and 4995. The hood was lengthened, the overhangs were shortened. The lights and direction indicators are camouflaged as a block “mosaic” on the radiator grille. Drivers are offered 17-inch wheels at their discretion.

The interior of the Kia K8 is spacious and comfortable. High-quality materials are used in interior decoration. The front panel is trimmed with soft plastic, and the seats are upholstered in fabric or leather. In the center of the front panel there is a large touch screen of the multimedia system, and below it are air deflectors. The car's steering wheel is multifunctional and heated.

The interior architecture is made in high-modern style with one panel on which there is no visor. The top edge is two cm lower than it was in the previous Kia K7 model. True, the display has not increased: multimedia devices are supported by 12.3-inch screens.
